The Strict Order of Delirium was declared in 1998 and has evolved to it's present form through numerous major transformations concerning line-up and style. De Lirium's Order, playing and stating their unique form of bloodstained art, is one of the most versatile bands in the Finnish Neo-Death/Thrash scene. When it comes to grinding blastbeats combined with technical arragements, catchy thrash-lines, obscure melodies, guitar solos or whatever it may be, DLO sounds like nothing but a chainsaw singing in the night. The first demo-cd "Termination in Surreal" was caught on tape in notorious Perkele-studio, Kuopio, Finland. The contents were far too mixed and confusing so the demo can be considered as an experiment. Then came the demo of success, "Morbid Brains", which was recorded by S.M. NekroC himself in his own Midgard Studio. The release led to record contract with Woodcut Records in Summer '03. The main composer S.M. NekroC had luckily much of new material ready and Tico Tico -studio in Kemi, Finland was reserved. DLO recorded the debut album "Victim no. 52", which gives us a glance to the world of the cold-blooded, morbid minds behind their morbid acts. Now the manners of Mr. de Lirium are more lethal than ever. A lot of progress has happened since the days of "Victim no. 52". Just wait for the assaults yet to come combining the brutality of Deicide and thrashy heavy policy of Testament to arise from delirium to order!
