Stickoxydal (syn.: Dinitrogen oxide, Nitrous oxyde, Oxydum nitrosum and so on) - colourless gas, heavier than air, with specific smell. Stickoxydal belongs to anaesthetic medicines. Small concentrations of it cause feeling of intoxication (name "laughing gas") and light sleepiness. Under breathing of clean gas, especially in large concentrations, narcotic state and asphyxia quickly develop. In mixture with oxygen under correct dosage it causes narcosis. The STICKOXYDAL band was made in summer 2003 in Molodechno, Belarus. The first members were CUTLASS - guitar + vocal; NICOTINE - bass + back vocal; SNOOPY - drums. The initial musical style was funny\crust\punk\grindcore. The first demo "PRO NARCOSI" (January 2004) was recorded in this style. The lyrics were in Belarusian. Right after that Stickoxydal changed it's style to goregrind and recorded the second demo "SKOZHANAE STANOVISHCHA VANTROBAU" (2004). During all this time the band took part in a number of concerts, rehearsed actively. At the beginning of 2005 the band got proposal from Czech death\gore\grind label BIZARRE LEPROUS PRODUCTION to release full CD. During that period two new members joined Stickoxydal: CARNO - vocal, SERGE - manager of the band. In November 2005 the first full CD "THE PERVERTED POSITION OF INTERIORS" was released on BIZARRE LEPROUS PRODUCTION. This CD quickly spread in Europe, USA, Canada, Japan and some others. Lots of reviews with positive comments appeared in different European metal-zines. At the same time the band gave a number of interviews in foreign and local magazines, web-zines and newspapers. The album was widely rotated on foreign and local Internet radio shows. On November 18-20 2005 Stickoxydal took part in BRUTAL'O[R]GY TOUR (Minsk - MassaBrutto fest 7, Tol'atti, Samara) together with PARRICIDE, TOXIC BONKERS, ABNORMYNDEFFECT, DISENTOMB, ANAL GRIND, PERIALNIE KONDILOMI. At the end of 2005 the band got a proposal to take part in two Czech festivals: OBSCENE EXTREM FEST and BIZARRE LEPROUS & ANTITREND FESTIVAL. At January 28, 2006 Stickoxydal took part in extreme festival NEFORMAT (Kishinev, Moldova) as headliners. Also there the band participated in radio show Neformat. In March of 2006 the band got proposal from BURNING DOGMA RECORDS (Texas, USA) to record cover for the tribute of Blood. In May 2, 2006 Stickoxydal took part in extreme grindcore festival ZVEROVIDENIE (Kiev, Ukraine) together with CEREBRAL TURBULENCY (Czech Republic) and other different grind bands from Russia, Ukraine and Moldova. In May 2006 Stickoxydal released mini album "CHAINSAW CESAREAN SECTION", which, besides new tracks, includes some bonuses, such as video from BRUTAL'O[R]GY TOUR and others. In a year the second full CD is going to be released in BIZARRE LEPROUS PRODUCTION.
